    My Bio

In my therapeutic work, my primary goal is creating a meaningful connection. This is where we can begin to explore what is not working and then repair, reimagine, and recreate the attachments my clients want and need with themselves and the world around them. Working from an emotionally focused, narrative and attachment informed perspective, I focus on celebrating your strengths, providing genuine empathetic connection, and being your cheerleader on the path to authenticity and greater freedom.

I specialize in working with attachment difficulties, specifically in the areas of family of origin wounds, connection with self, and boundaries + connections with others. I also specialize in working with anxiety, whether that is stress, burnout, generalized anxiety, or anxiety responses such as people pleasing.

For clients who are looking for a Christian counsellor, I do offer faith-based counselling to clients who request it. However, be assured that this will not be an element of our work together unless otherwise requested. I honour each individual's worldview and will uphold this in a respectful and non-judgemental way.

    Outside of the office...

you can find me baking, curled up with a good book, enjoying time outside or watching either The Great British Baking Show or Modern Family. I am an amateur gardener and an avid musician. Some of my favourite self care activities include gardening, colouring, reading, music, taking baths, and enjoying my beloved daily coffee.

I see clients Tuesdays through Fridays, in-person and virtually.
